Do you still offer care services if I don't want hosting?

If you already have an outstanding private hosting solution, we may consider taking you on for our care services. If you are using any type of inexpensive shared hosting or GoDaddy we will NOT be able to accommodate your request. In order for us to provide you the services you deserve, we need full control of your website.

Remember, fast loading pages directly affect your SEO, so hosting matters, alot!

What happens if my website is hacked?

If we originally developed your site and you signed up for our account which includes security, we will take care of your hack by restoring your site to it's original condition prior to the infection. This only applies if you are hosting your site on our server.

NOTE: We do not trouble shoot and repair the hacked infestation, only restore your site as indicated above. Once restored, we'll provide pricing to identify and fix the problem.

How will I know you are really maintaining my site?

Is my email service included?

No. Other than notifications sent from form fills on your website, we do not provide email services with our monthly services.

We do provide a separate affordable service to set up your Google G Suites if you desire. This way, you can have your domain email and it's perfectly managed by Google. The amount google charges may change but the last we checked it was just $6 per month per email user.
